NORTH AMERICAN AND OCEANIAN Terms And Conditions
Thank you for your interest in our products. Please follow the instructions noted below to complete your order.

TO PLACE AN ORDER :
Select your product kit P/N and send us your order form at We will send you confirmation of your order upon receipt.
TERMS :
Payment due: NET 30. 2% monthly interest penalties will be charged on overdue accounts. All payments (monies) are payable in U.S. currency only. Personal and Company checks are accepted. Return check charge is $50/per return.
SHIPPING :
Local orders are shipped 'Freight' via FedEx or UPS unless other arrangements have been requested.
International orders are shipped 'Freight Collect'. Custom fees, import duties and taxes are the responsobility of the purchaser. Deschamps Mat Systems Inc will prepare the proper documents for International Shipping and include them with the shipment. International shipment charges can be quoted in advance, if requested.
Overnight or 2 day shipment services are also available through FedEx or UPS. Additional fees will apply and be charged accordingly. All care will be taken with product packaging, but the ultimate responsibility for damaged shipments is with the carrier. Other charges may occur (handling).
WARRANTY :
Different products carry specific warranties. Please inquire about the specific warranty applicable to your product when ordering.
